What is the ProcessMaker BPA platform?

The ProcessMaker BPA platform is a comprehensive suite for business process management and automation powered by AI. It enables organizations to design, execute, automate, and optimize business processes. For more information visit our Platform page.

What is case-based pricing?

ProcessMaker wants our clients to have the fairest pricing available. That means paying based on how much your organization uses the processes deployed on the Platform. Every time a user starts a process, that is one case. It doesn’t matter how many processes or users you have.

Will my price increase if I add more users?

With case-based pricing, unlimited users means you can add people who use processes as much or as little as needed. Whether you have 100 employees using a process once per week, or 1 employee using it 100 times per week, the case count is 100 either way.

Can I build processes to test without being charged for it?

Yes! Use your development environment to build as many processes as you want. The Process Testing feature lets designers run test cases without adding to your case count.

What type of cloud hosting is included?

Talk to our team to find the solution that’s best for your organization. Typically, clients have 2 environments - one development environment for testing updates and one production environment for processes that are ready to go live. Control the syncing of the two environments with ProcessMaker DevLink.

Is there a bulk discount for cases?

In addition to tiers for higher capabilities in Pro and Enterprise, higher case counts come with lower pricing per case within each tier.

Why are Platform, Higher Ed, and Process Intelligence priced differently?

Each product offers unique value, which is the focus of the pricing structure for that product.

Do I have to buy Platform to get the Higher Ed solutions and Process Intelligence?

No, Higher Education solutions and PI are available independently from the Platform, though discounts are available for packaging multiple products.

What are Process Intelligence Agents?

To collect task mining data, your IT team will securely install "agents" that track usage of specific applications that are part of the target workflow being analyzed. Each agent collects the process data used in aggregate analysis. Deploying more agents allows for more robust process analysis.
