Process Stages & Progress Bar
Define and track process stages with a new visual progress bar that makes it easier than ever to understand how far a case has progressed.
Why it matters:
Improves clarity, coordination, and decision-making across teams.
How it helps:
Defined in the Process Modeler, stages display as progress bars in the case list and case details, giving users and managers real-time visibility and reducing handoff delays.

Email Start Event
Automatically trigger processes when designated emails arrive. ProcessMaker can securely start processes from any monitored inbox.
Why it matters:
Reduces manual effort, accelerates responses, and ensures traceable workflows.
How it helps:
Configure inbox listeners with rules and filters to launch processes automatically. Designers can add the Email Start Event to processes, cutting manual steps and ensuring nothing slips through.

Slack Notifications
Connect your ProcessMaker account to Slack and receive notifications in a dedicated channel.
Why it matters:
Teams stay engaged and informed without switching tools.
How it helps:
A dedicated Slack channel delivers instant case and task updates, so teams respond quickly without switching tools or missing alerts.
Enhancements
Configurable Language Selection
Admins can now enable or disable the language selection icon in User Settings. This will result in a consistent, streamlined UI experience across login, dashboards, processes, and screens.
Email
Notifications
The refined logic delivers more relevant notifications by eliminating redundant self-assigned task emails and providing a cleaner email template with a modern look.
Element
Destination
Smarter task redirection when a single user is assigned all tasks within a case. The platform now automatically routes them to the final task screen, reducing clicks and improving flow continuity.
