Simple Workflow Reports Plug-in
The ProcessMaker Workflow Reports add-on provides a complete BPM experience when considering the BPM ethos of “Build, Run, Report, Optimize”. While the BPM workflow reports tool does not provide a graphical representation of BPM reports, it is fully customizable, easy to create and easily understood by the user. In addition, the workflow reports tool allows the user to export data and organize BPM data.

Using this workflow reports tool to create BPM workflow reports, a ProcessMaker administrator
can convert a PM table to report tables.
The report tables are given names, permissions and the fields of the reports can be utilized as filters.
Creating BPM workflow reports all takes place from within the process map function.
The end user with permission to view the BPM workflow reports can navigate to the reports section of the home area where each report is displayed under its own tab. Users can navigate between report tabs at the click of a mouse, as well as sort each report row and apply the filters that were specified by the administrator.
Once the user has decided on a method of filtering and sorting the workflow reports, he can click on the “download .xls” button to export data and open the users default spreadsheet application.
Here the workflow reports data is automatically arranged into a neat table, where the user can filter data further as well as draw charts and graphs.
