Tim Dunn (Managing Director) gave an overview of our company, with Geoff Smith (Operations Director) leading a discussion on the benefits of Business Process Management in any business, drawing on real-world examples from each of the delegates who represented both large and small businesses in various sectors, including PR & Media, Property Management, B2B Energy and Business Consultancy.
Ian Woodford (Project Manager) and James Lawrence (Senior Developer) gave the delegates a walkthrough of the ProcessMaker product and our approach to engaging with our customers, so that we understand the business goals and deliver great solutions that enhance efficiency and add value.
In return for a tasty lunch, the delegates were given the opportunity to build their own ‘Leave Request’ process and then provide feedback on the event using a feedback form (developed in ProcessMaker!)
Overall, the event was a great success, with our delegates enjoying the opportunity to learn more about the benefits of simplifying workflow and automating processes with ProcessMaker.
