The SDR/Account Executive (AE) role main mission will be to help grow Processmaker by developing opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads for the Netherlands and Europe. The SDR/Account Executive (AE) will set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads for the Netherlands and Europe
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com
  • Research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation opportunities to Account Executives
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Essential Functions

  • Prospect into targeted accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up and running qualified meetings
  • Maintain and organize an annual book of business with a focus on achieving quota
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue

Minimal Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a SDR Account Executive (AE) or relevant role, preferable in an international environment
  • Thorough understanding of sales and sales strategies
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM software

  • Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
