Our Product Marketing mission is to lead go-to-market activities for our award-winning digital process automation platform for the enterprise as well as verticalized products and solutions, and craft messaging to create and execute campaigns to drive product growth. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at ProcessMaker, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to name a few. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis, get insights, and build insights into marketing strategy and tactical materials
  • Work with product management to translate product features into prospect benefits and communicate product value to the market
  • Maintain customer personas and build targeting strategies into marketing campaigns
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and user personas, build campaigns to position the product, and introduce new product features
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate value statements into value propositions; conduct win-loss analysis
  • Plan and execute GTM strategy for products and platform releases
  • Use product roadmap to inform future marketing decisions
  • Train sales and customer success teams on messaging around product features and benefits 

Qualifications:

  • BA in Communications, Marketing or related field plus 3-5 years in Product Marketing, or related equivalent experience 
  • Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, planning, and execution for B2B SaaS Products
  • Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) based product marketing experience a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally with stakeholders 
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-starter and self-sufficient, solution-oriented individual
