Lead the team of Sales Development Representatives that is the first interaction with prospective customers, and key to ProcessMaker’s success. You’ll develop, train and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members. Our ideal candidate is naturally curious, data-driven, and hungry to win. 

This position requires the ability to be present in our Durham, North Carolina area office 3 days per week.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hire, coach and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives 
  • Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member 
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives 
  • Regularly report on team and individual metrics
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in the SaaS space as both an SDR & SDR leader
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of success as an SDR manager 
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development metrics
  • Familiar with sales tech stack including SalesForce, SalesLoft, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qualified
