The GB Account Executive role will seek new business opportunities in financial services by contacting and making potential customers. Also, will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude, be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment, networking aptitude, fearless attitude, and a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Generate banking leads directly (web / social media search, attending banking or BPM events)
  • Connect to banking C-levels and decision makers by cold emails, cold calls, or face to face
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
  • Deliver company presentations to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Qualify leads and define follow up steps according to their likeliness to buy
  • Prepare and discuss proposal (scope, price, perks) with C-levels or decision makers
  • Report to the Director of Global Financial Services on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Functions

  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain and organize an annual book of business
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred but not required
  • Previous working experience as an outbound sales rep for at least 6 years in technology companies
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • English communication skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
