In last month's webinar we looked at how ProcessMaker can be deployed inside Zimbra so that end users can run workflows from directly inside their Zimbra client. This month we will look at a similar integration of ProcessMaker - MS Outlook.
The ProcessMaker plug-in for Outlook allows end users to log in, start cases and run their ProcessMaker workflow seamlessly from within MS Outlook. This integration works with Outlook 2003 and later versions and is very easy to install and begin using. Organizations that depend heavily on email for their business process management will see the benefits to this integration live as we demonstrate the installation, configuration and usage live in this month's webinar.
