PDF Generator

Many BPM workflows need to create printable mail merge PDFs as part of the business process. The ProcessMaker BPM Suite has a built in PDF Generator which can generate mail merge PDFs which will take variables from the web forms and display them in a printable document such as a form, a letter, an invoice, or a contract.  This output document could be generated as a PDF or a Word document.  Due to its improved security most workflows will probably require the ability to generate PDFs instead of Word docs.

The ProcessMaker Output Document generator can also generate digitally signed PDFs thanks to a PDF digital signature plug-in available from Elock that works together with ProcessMaker.
